Launch policy: 9,999 seed pods, 10 cumulative per wallet across both registry-verified AI and ordinary paid paths, at most 10 per transaction, ordinary recovery 0.005 BNB per pod. Multiple transactions or eligibility changes do not reset the lifetime count. Verified AI registry entries can receive a zero quote; all users pay gas. FLUX supply starts at 10 billion in a releasable reserve, not an irreversible burn. Owner can change parameters immediately, authorize upgrades and issue uncapped Ark cards in batches of 1–25. No guaranteed revenue or independent external audit is claimed.
